NOTE:  This guide is based upon my actual install in my '85 Suburban.  Trucks from other years, other models, and other options may vary in wiring and installation from what I have listed here.  Follow the procedures recommended by your shop manual for removal and installation of the factory components, and for other particulars concerning your make and model.
